i think it will with some minor modification of the cat it will be either shorter or longer by a tad... i believe all B series headers will fit with small adjusting.

yes, it will bolt up as long as it has the usdm (smaller) collector, if it is the 2.5" jdm collector you will need a cat or test pipe also
