Car just died, will crank but wont turn over, WHAT IS WRONG!
I was driving down the road and my car just plain died, i put in the clutch to shift and it just dropped to 0 rpm and died. Wont start, starter wil crank, radio and lights, etc. still work. had to push the car to a friends house and am having it towed right now to be checked out. It seemed like somebody hit my fuel kil switch by accident, but that wasnt the case... so i figured there was a loose connection in there or something: tore that all down, put the wiring back to stock, no good. I held the wires toegether (fuel pump wires which i cut for switch) with my fingers while trying to crank the car and felt no shock or anything, so im thinking some type of electrical problem? (or maybe there is just such a small amount of electricity that i wouldnt feel it? anyone know?)
ANY HELP IS VERY APPRECIATED!
I still have my car under a used car warranty so HOPEFULLY this wont be a huge hole in my pocket, i will post what happens as things go along.
EDIT: there are no check engine codes being thrown.

Do you hear your fuel pump coming on?
That happend to me once in my civic. My distributor gave up on me.

so after about 140 dollars between towing and diagnostic fees it turns out that one of my wires from my fuel cut off switch grounded out and blew a fuse... i ckecked many of the fuses before resorting to all this but i didnt realize there was a second compartment of fuses. car is fine now.
