Any suggestions for quieter tires?
I've tried both Bridgestone Potenza RE 71's and RE 730's in stock size (205-55-15). Both were loud as hell. I now have Kuhmo 712's in 215-40-17's on aftermarket rims. These tires are quiet and very comfortable, highly recommended. I beleive they make them in stock sizes as well.

ebayjackal, what genre of tire are you looking to purchase? Price range? Mileage? The Kumho 712's mentioned above are pretty quiet. The Eagle F1 GS-D3's I'm using now are almost silent.
And I haven't ridden on them, but the Yokohama AVS dB's are designed with noise being a primary concern, so I would assume they're pretty quiet.

Yeah, I'm just looking for Z-rated tires for the stock rims, 205/50/16. As for price range, I would say under $150 per tire, but best if under $100.

I have and they are pretty nice, not an ultra performance tire but a pretty good tire for what it is made to do.
