Alright heres the prob. i blew the clutch & tranny on my EF, so i had the car towed to my house so i can later rip apart my tranny... i went to roll it backwards into my driveway.. using the footbrake & E-brake, i put the e-brake down and let off the brake and it didnt buge and i live on a steep hill, its stuck in place??? I heard it might be my rear drum brakes??? but i am not sure, any help will be appreciated, Thanks in Advance

 

First thing I'd do is:
Jack up the car and actually inspect the front and rear brakes.
Clean the brakes

That will most likely solve the brake issue, if not, just tell us what you find and we can help from there.
