Which front end looks better the 96-98 or the 99-00; also which lip looks better spoon or mugen?

I have a Black 98 4dr and i was thinking of getting a CF Hood, CTR headlights, CF spoon or mugen lip,some CF fenders, CF CTR grill, and the square fog lights (if i stay with the 96-98 front end). But i was thinking if i'm going to do all that i might as well do a conversio to a 99-00 front end but i'm not sure which looks better. I was wondering if anyone has some pics of similar setups?

only cause im going to put fog lights on mine and head lights look more aggresive also grill is larger

i personally feel that the 96-98 has a more aggressive look to it, espeically with the oem honda lip.

the closest pic i could find hope it helps mine is the black one but the red one probably helps more i hope COOSi dosent mind(i hope you dont mind the aaaR either

my car...i like the 96-98 front end. but if you decide to go w/ the 99+ front end...i'd get a mugen front lip.

99-00 front imo looks better i think a si lip compliments it well

96-98 with SiR lip, or this lip. [i dont know what it is]

the spoon lip sits a bit too low.

on a 99-00 the SI or Type R lip.

i like the EL front end like this one:

pretty sure it is from the acura EL from canada, same as the civic EK here with different front end

99-00:

i like the 99-00 better OEM lips look best
