Beautiful S. Florida day with the sun shining at a bone chilling 75 or so degrees. I decided to take in a nice 2 hour ride, hung out at the beach for a bit and chatted with a nice guy from Toronto on an F3. Then proceeded to a decent sprint down the highway back home. It was one of those days that makes ya feel good to be alive.

I just thought I'd share. Sorry winter region dwellers! Spring is right around the corner ya know.

So did anyone else get lucky enough to ride today??

I rode to school this morning in 35-40degree weather. Damn it was cold. I still ride for a few mins each day when its in the 40s. Cant wait til it gets warmer. I feel like i'm shivvering at every redlight

 

75 degrees!!! Good old az. Too bad it will be 120 degrees here when you guys say its like 80 where you are.

LOL!! Same thing here, but with HUMIDITY!! By the time it gets nice up north, I'll be sweating my **** off just on the commute to work.

i'll probly ride to work tomorrow - should be about 40 degrees in the morning and 55 when i go home. i really wanted to ride today but it was right at 32 when i checked. i'll pass on dealing with suprise ice patches.

 

I've ridden in 40-50 degree weather. Haven't had a chance to ride in warm weather though

I was at Gateway last thurs night w/Nags, Ice,not sure if you know them, we got kicked out of the 1st spot, but then were let alone at another at gateway. Ever hear of Joe Brown? Got to see him do some circles.

I've heard of a few place people meet up, but haven't gone out yet. I just moved down here in September so I'm still settling in a bit. I've been told to go to Hooters on Tuesdays, Fudruckers on Fridays, and I guess everyone stunts between some warehouses by the Sawgrass Outlet Mall.

I'm not really into the whole stunting scene. I'd rather just go for a nice ride somewheres. But I can honestly see why it's such a big scene down here for stunting. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO ROADS HERE THAT HAVE TURNS!!!! It makes me miss Central NY and it's awesome country roads.

Oh well, I'll be signing up for a track day soon enough.

 

You guys need to move to san diego haha. So many places to ride and year long riding weather.

 

Iowa State University has a motorcycle club, some nights they have 40-50 people riding around. Otherwise we just head down to a local burger shack in Des Moines called Porky's. Wednesday nights are the car nights down there, and Thursday nights are bike nights. The parking lot is packed on both nights.
