Im not sure if you are confused or if I am confused, but i think he is talking about the "valley" in phoenix. That goes for the paradise valley area and scottsdale. Scottsdale is nicknamed snobsdale. As sad as it may seem, there are many people who have the $ to spend it foolishly. However, its going to be hard to get 22k + for a boosted civic. I wuold guess anywhere 18-20K. Good luck.
