that this forum is getting boring? im not saying that honda tech is, just that the appearence forum is. my personal opinion, nothing more. i feel that every car looks the same now, everyone wants to do a "photo shoot", everyone cracks on people who spend money for expensive parts, but then buy parts to imitate the them. i used to enjoy this forum but now its the same bs over and over. "clean/jdm" style is truly the new rice. i knew it was going down hill but i think its pretty much hit bottom. does anyone else share this opinion?

I've seen this comment about 3-4 times today on Honda-Tech, and just laugh. You people bitch that eveyone's a clone, that wants a "clean/JDM" look to their car, I'm waiting for the followers to go back to body kits and wings, and ridiculous oversized wheels, then it's going to be "rice." Honda's are bandwagon magnets, period.
As far as the "photoshoots." I've seen few photoshoots, and a large amount of blurry crap. If it doesn't look decent, don't title the thread as such. Bunch of camera phone threads out there.
People crackin on others who purchase Spoon, Mugen, Comptech, and other higher priced upgrades are jealous, that's all there is to it.

well ive been viewing this site for about three years and it has changed alot in the last one. im not saying "i hate you, youre all clones" that would be bitching. like i said looking for honest opinions.

if everyone likes the cleaner style than so be it. I for one don't like body kits on hondas, so i'll stay kitless and riceless regardless of whether its the new "rice" or not.

Yeah, we're both bitching, but let's face it, neither of us is Dustin or Evil Drew, etc, so no matter how much we dislike certain aspects, things aren't going to change all of a sudden to cater to you or me. This site is the best Honda related board on the web, bar none, but you can't please them all.

seriously man think before you type. jdm parts actually work but usdm parts dont? i hate to tell you but a jdm front end does not make your car handle better or give you more power. there are plenty of us companies that make great parts that increase performance. im not saying that i dont like jdm parts but you said they are functional and fact is they just look different.
