Who here Drives their Boosted car during the Winter?
Hey guys-- just seein if you guys drive your boosted car in the winter? I do-- and I hate it!!! Just makes me think of how i'm hurting my baby

NOpe, not this winter, I picked up a beater. I bought a 1988 Civic hatchback DX and converted it to a 4 injector SOHC SI. It's ugly as **** but it runs strong and is very reliable. I don't drive my Boosted EG in the snow, hell no, not going to risk wrecking it not to mention all the gravel, salt, etc. on the roads! Plus I hate driving my EG to go to a movie or even to go get groceries, I am not cool with having my car stolen, **** that, she sleeps in the garage for the winter ,besides she is being upgraded .
I can't wait to drive her again! Spring is coming soon, my favorite time of the year!!!

co0uldnt have said it better myself!! my EK sleeps. i got a 88 hatchie too, hehe steelies and all but it runs good and i rather try drifting in this thing than my boosted EK !

car seems to be doing alright?
i drove my Si 3 yrs pre boost in the winter..car was fine.
but this year i put it away. im sure it would be fine but i had the oppurtunity to let it sit so i took it

what do you mean? That is the most insignificant amount of snow and look at the ground, it's not even cold enough for the snow to pile up. Cmon, thats not anything at all, pretty much a light drizzle as far as your car is concerned.
