Default Ferrera vs Supertec Valves!?!

im about to go for a full vavletrain replacement on my ITR. i really need to know whether supertech or ferrera valves are better for the ITR motor. someone please let me know which of the 2 are better for a b18c5.

So what are you doing to the motor to need the valves?

I've always like Ferrea and the fact that they offer great flow when compared to the majority of aftermarket valves. But like Len said, what are you doing to the motor that would require them?
