I think n1s have too much ofa raspy noise to them. Not a fan of straight through designs..

magnaflow is a straight through muffler also, it just that the street series has a baffle to quiet things down. what makes the apexi so raspy is cause it's a round muffler so it doesn't have as much packing in it.

vtec is just an option that comes with an engine if it is a certain engine. its not the actual engine, and it doesnt make the exhaust any different. your exhaust will work on any 94-97 (as far as my knowledge goes)

I didnt say the straight through design contributes to the raspiness.. When I say straight through design.. I mean the muffler looks like one straight pipe.

Did anyone just see the thread jack???? Holy smokes, knowtomorrow is getting better at it....anyway, one of my main concerns when I got my cat back was I didn't want it to sound like a glasspacked lawnmover on steriods...I hate that raspy ghetto loud sound, I wanted a deep quiet exhaust, did a little bit of research and went down to my exhaust buddy and after he put in the 2.5" mandrel piping cat back he "tried on" some mufflers, and out of the box the magnaflow was the deepest and least raspy....all in all for cat back I think I spent 275 or 300 installed.

Havent you notice that pattern THROUGHOUT H-T.......its just plain rude if you interject about selling your exhaust, just because the word exhaust is brought up doesnt mean you have rights to let everyone know that you have a whistle dick exhaust......thought you knew. Learn some manners, it will get you further (and this isn't even my thread) OWND

So if you think you own me or anything else thats funny. Your dad prob owns your car. Learn some manners yourself and everyone shouldnt talk like such dicks. Well as far as manners, I wasn't being a dick or anything, and calling your exhaust whistle dick exhaust is the same as brand x, I have NO CLUE what you have......I was just saying, now as far as manners, how about you shut the **** UP.....seriously, look at almost every thread you have been in, you not only ask the same questions but interject when it is NOT needed and is usually OT. And as far as my dad owning my car....don't think so, I put every nickle of mine into that car I think you tried to pull that lame *** attack with bagged93accord, so once again MANNERS, and as far as being owned....I think we all know that story for you. Don't respond you will only make yourself look more dumb
