I guess that is proof that Honda Technology, plus a really good driver, is truly replacement for displacemant.

Keep in mind that the S2000 got to loose a 100lbs this year compared to last year. And keep in mind that's a TC Kline car (if I'm not mistaken).

On a side note, I still cant believe the SCCA has the Type R classed in T2 along with the S2K and misc V8 cars! Thats crazy - I guess thats why they call it a 'tweener. Its too fast for SSB and too slow for T2 - pretty sad when a factory race car cant even be classed competitively.

Perhaps if the SCCA hadn't gotten rid of SSA we wouldn't have this problem. Maybe the RSX-R will have a better chance in T2 but I doubt it will be enough to be nationally competitive...

What really needs to be remembered is that as opposed to losing 100 lbs - it didn't have to ADD the weight from last year. It's pretty much right at stock weight this year.
Neal Sapp did fairly well w/weight and w/o a front sway bar - I believe that a larger one might be legal this year in T2.
