Wee something new!
Well 01-226 (Ferrell's car) isn't totally dead, a few bits and pieces are making it's way into my car
Yesterday we spent the day installing an Autopower 4-point rollbar into 442. Everything went pretty smooth but like GRM Scott said it's hard drilling holes in a car your still paying for
But hey it does increase my chances of not dying in an accident and that's always good
Need to get a bit of padding a save up some more money to purchase Mr. Ferrell's harnesses but for the time being I'm happy.
Hey what is that in the rear window?

Thanks Justin for the hookup
< Poser who hopes to get to the track soon to justify having a rollbar

Chris looks great! Now just give http://www.ogracing.com a call and order 6 3' sections of padding and you will be all padded up and ready to go!
No Int. and Spec 2 on the way...
Ear Plugs Please..

Obviously it is personal preference, but you didn't need to remove the grey plastic window rear window panels to install the rollbar.
Also, there are two kinds of padding, the styrofoam looking stuff ( http://www.ioportracing.com/Me...=RBCA ) and the dense stuff ( http://www.ioportracing.com/Me...=RBCA ). You want the dense stuff near your head. The soft styrofoam stuff is not really effective.
Anyway, smart move for the roll bar.

Smitty: Change of plans
Spec II was taking forever and was gonna take forever more so I went for a T1R catback
David: The interior panels were out before the rollbar was installed so only thing I lost was the rear speakers and two carpet squares
Mist: Shouldn't have to loose anything but your rear speakers.
