only maid the type R in 99 - 00 soo u will not find 96 - 98 u will have to do a front end converstion

i believe you can find them, and yes they do make them for 96-98 civics, without the cost of doing an entire front end change over.

dey did have a 97-98 CTR, only it there were not a lot in production.

its harder to find 98 CTR Headlights, but they are there.

and they are OEM HONDA STANLEY
