Wanted to lower my car. I'm using photoshop 7.0

Can anyone instruct me on how to lower my car?

I know I need to use the Magic Wand but I dont know where to go from there.

Doesnt say anything about lowering the car unless I'm blind..........

 

ok...ill tell u

get the lasso tool or the polygonal tool and outline from the outside of the image around the bottom of the cur and wheel wells so that its just the body and the backround w/o the wheels and ground then move it...its easy, that mught be confusing but i am at my dads and he dont got PS lol if u dont get it PM me!
