those sideskirts are part of the OEM optional body kit.... The lip from the ITR is the same as the optional kit, but te ITR has painted sideskirts not those sideskirts... if you are looking for those sideskirts, i think the web site that sell replica is rocketz.net.... I haven't heard the quality of products though

Those are not ITR sideskirts, they are the sideskirts from the Honda Optional Equipment bodykit sold for 98-01 Integra coupes. ITR's had the same sideskirts as all 94-01 Integra coupes, except they came painted from the factory.

I have seen some aftermarket replicas of the OEM optional sideskirts, but I can't remember who sells them. I'm sure they are cheaper than OEM ones now since the OEM ones are becoming fairly rare and commanding a higher price.

there is a subtle difference between itr side skirts and the oem stock side skirts.

itr side skirts are smooth and are right angled and have a crisp corner. oem stock skirts are rough and are rounded at the corner.

yeah, those are the oem optional kit side skirts. rocketz.net sells the replicas but i have yet to hear one story about them fitting right.

The ITR's just have the regular side skirts, but they're painted to match the car.

if you can get them for $400 cdn, grab em!!
i bought the sides and rear lips for mine for something like 550 or 600US and by the time i got them into winnipeg, they cost me about 1000 canadian (shipping, taxes, brokerage, etc.). they really bend you over at the border.
here's a pic...

I don't know how close you are to the border, but can't you drive into the U.S. and buy stuff and then drive back? I'm not saying you should have done that, just wondering if it's possible?

There may be some things that have weird taxes like alcohol and stuff that they may put a limit on. I'm sure car parts wouldn't be a problem.

I've always liked that OEM optional kit.
