I see a lot of people on this web site with ITRs are from N.Y. ever think about getting together. just checking, you no what thay say thers no place like N.Y

Actually, we all know eachother pretty well already and are members of a Tri state Type R club called R-Speed.

I wouldnt mind meetingt other R owners from NY area (even though most are Yankee fans ).
There are some nice photo opps by some of the parkways near Jones Beach. We should try to get a meet going!

Just contact David like everyone else mentioned and he'll probably keep you posted. Either that or wait till the weather warms up and head on over to an autocross. You'll see a good number of Hype Rs there.

I know what u guys/girls are talking about the theft in N.Y is crazy but u would think another R owner would have some respect for another R owners car noing how much he or she loves ther car but thers some people out ther that dont care but its not like were going to go to someones house it would be somewere well u no. will have to talk more about it, but this should happen.

The hard thing is that online, people can say and be anything they want. So, I can come onto this forum say I own an R, etc. etc... and then we meet and you jack me. Actually, in our club, one of the original members said he had an R, but he never did. He showed up in a Jeep Cherokee saying his R was in the shop. (Note: It is actually a sad story because this guy did end up losing his life in a car accident. Very sad because he was young, maybe 20 or so.)

Well the member Dave is speaking of was Not really a founding member and to my knowledge, he never owned an R, (contact me privately as to the specifics.)
