Running the 195/50/15 on my hatch and I love them. They are a step below the Azenis in traction, but they have longer treadware which is always nice. They aren't so cold weather friendly... read I get very little traction when its cold out (snow weather).

Quite a few people are using these tires. They perform well and are relatively economical. I loved my set when I had them.

I agree with the above statement. except for the weight thing. I never thought they where unreasonable.

Copied and pasted from my other post.

'I recently got new AVS ES100 in stock size and I must say that the two dont even compare. Sidewall stiffness is seriously lacking compared to the RE010, turn in is noticebly softer. First time on the freeway I found the steering rather darty compared to the RE010. Pluses are better ride, much better rain handling, possibly longer tread life. Very good "daily driver" tire though.'

Like I said good tire for the money, funny thing is I never see people talking about the better ride or soft sidewalls of these tires.

My 205-50-15 Azenis rang in at 22lbs,the Es 100 is probably 2-3lbs lighter.not sure though. My 195-50-15 ES 100 were 18lbs according to ups shipping weight.
