Default 50 or 45 series tires?

I am getting some 16 inch wheels for my civic very soon. I just cannot decide between 45 and 50 series tires. I can get a better deal on the 50 but dont want a monster truck look.

the correct tire size is a 205/45/16
and if you go with a 15 inch tire you get a 205/50/15

alot of people like to go w/ 40 series because their cars are lowered...45 series will give you more sidewall and a more comfy ride.
