Default Plugs, cap and rotor - service life?

What is the typical replacement interval for spark plugs, dist. cap and rotor on Type R's? Wondering if I need to do some winter maintenance on my car. Just under 24k miles, went from daily driver to weekends only a few months back.

Also, what is the torque spec for the spark plugs? Going to check mine tonite.

Good idea to replace the rotor once or twice a year. Cap can usually go til 30k miles, if not more. As far as plugs, Use your own discretion. I replace my plugs and distributor rotor at every other oil change, but then again, OEM parts for my own car are nicely priced due to the fact that I am an employee for Acura.

Spark plug torque? WTF? I don't think I have ever seen someone do that. If you can't get it by feel, then you need to put the wrenches down now.

Dollar get's you a nickel there is a spec for that in Helms.

Your replacement interval is pretty aggressive - I like it! Spending money on parts is half the fun!

Torque specs on my B16a are for 13 lb. ft. (Got that out of my owners manual) Not sure if that is the same for your car. But better to be safe than sorry when working with aluminum. I believe when it comes to my aluminum motor you should torque everything to be safe. Won't be so fun when you strip out a thread.

I change my fuel filter, cap, and rotor at 30,000 miles max. Plugs I change every 60,000 miles but check every so often just to see how the mixture is.
