Default Cheap antitheft, all that is required is a bike chain and lock.

An interesting thing I saw was a 5G Civic with the Club. What was different was the driver's seat back was all the way forward, and there was an antitheft bike chain (actually a steel cable in a plastic/rubber sheath) around the headrest mount and the steering wheel and secured by a Master Lock.

It probably wouldn't stop a determined thief but I'm pretty sure if he had to deal with it he'd waste a few more seconds defeating it. I guess if you wanted to add another layer to your antitheft, this would be something to consider.

LoL, that real original. Too bad the janitor at my school would be able to get through that in 2 seconds flat. But like you said another layer of unexpected security.

I was mulling this over while sitting on the white throne and a beefier version would be an actual bike chain lock (real chain links in a rubber sheath instead of steel cable). Of course, anyone with the right tools can defeat that easily too.
