Default driver's side window problem

i have a '91 civc si hatch that i got not too long ago and the driver's side window doesn't close right. the back end of it goes up higher than the front end so when the window is all the way up, there are gaps. i took off the door panel to see what was going on and from the looks of it, the bar that makes the glass go up and down doesn't move evenly. the back end of it comes up higher than the front. also, i can slide the window front and back as it rolls up or down. and i have to fight with it in order for it to roll all the way down or up. can someone help me out with this?

When you take off your door panel and look inside have the window alittle over half up. There should be two 10mm bolts one on the backside of the window and one near the front you can loosen these screws and adjust the window how ever you want.
