Default no power at low rpms

My friend has a 96 D16y7. He is not getting any power in first gear. The car is also backfiring like hell. We have check the timing, cleaned the IACV, check the TPS all checked good. When he turn the headlights on the car loses rpms. New dissy, wires, plugs. Dont know what else to do, this is crazy.

now we are getting cel 72,73,74,14,10. The 72, 73,74 are misfire of #2,#3,#4 cylinders. the 14 is bad IACV and the 10 is bad IAT. Ok now if we replace the IACV and the IAT could that fix the misfire?? OR do you think it is 2 problems. Oh yea the dizzy is brand new. the wire, plugs, cap, rotor were just replaced recently.
