Clutch slipping when warmed up
Did a few searches and didn't see what I was looking for so If this was covered somewhere sorry.
I have a new (about 400 miles) ACT HDSS clutch and pressure plate, resurfaced stock flywheel, all new fluids that have been bleed. I have been babying the car, not going over 4000RPM and no rapid starts.
When I first drive the car in the morning or after it has sat for a long time it seems fine. No slipping and the pedal engages the clutch close to the floor. After driving awhile it starts to slip and doesn’t engage until the pedal is almost all the way out. I don't see any leaks and the tranny also has a new main shaft seal.
The Helms and local Honda dealer say the clutch is self-adjusting so nothing to adjust. Not that I think it need to be since it if fine when I first start out.
Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix this would be great.
Thanks.

I had that same problem when i first had my new master/slave cylinders... they had my clutch ALL the way out as far as it would go from the floor, i took it back to them and they adjusted it until the clutch stopped slipping, that was all the way at the floor, i need a new clutch but for the time being it's working fine, i suggest you get them to adjust your clutch height, it worked for me, i also noticed that it was fine when the car wasn't warmed up, hope i helped
