Alternator removal question
1990 civic hb SI
I undid the alternator, took off the bottom bracket, and still cant get it out. I was wondering if i have to take the axle off? What should i do to get it out, please help me, un-able to drive for days

You can unbolt the brake booster and squeeze it out that way, through the top. Takes about 5 min to get out. I've done 4 like this way and have never had a problem.

It's a lot faster to pull it out the top. This is just what work for me. There is less struggling with the alternator.
