EG with Type R motor, Will a CTR exhuast bolt up with JDM ITR cat?

EG with Type R motor, Will a CTR exhuast bolt up with JDM ITR cat?
Okay guys this is my problem I have a JDM ITR 98 spec motor with the 4 to 1 headers. It is in a EG6. I have a CTR cat back and I'm going to pick up the JDM ITR cat. Does anyone know if all of this bolts up?
