Default Found a CRX for $500, BUT...

under one condition.... Read the details below, Please give me a ny opinions on this car. How can I register it if i dont have any papers? Thanks in advance

**please read carefully -ive had a lot of emails in the hour this has been posted. all questions are answered here**

The good points: stock condition, strong runner, complete, no cracks in dash. Good brakes, glass is good. wide rims.

the bad points: needs battery, 3 out of 4 Brigestone Potenza tires are practically new, one needs to be replaced. The seats are ripped,

HAS SALVAGE TITLE, IS OUT OF REGISTRATION AND HAS NO PINK SLIP.

I am selling this car as a PARTS CAR. (why? because I have no paperwork or a smog) you need to do paperwork to get it back on the street. I will give a bill of sale and the name of the last owner, that is all I know. I bought it to turn into a race car.

The car WILL start and RUN. It was a daily driver.

there are no test drives unless you bring a battery and $500.

I know these cars go for upward of $2000 in cherry condition. this one is not cherry but can be a good daily bomber if all the ends are tied up with registration. ** do not expect a perfect car!!! this car is being sold for PARTS!! ** -yes it will run, drive and stop-

i am absolutely FIRM on this price. NO tire kickers. I do not know the history past one previous owner.

why am I selling? I have other projects and this car is taking up space in the driveway. It was going to be a streetfighter.

you can't really, in TX it was hard, i had to put a mechnic's lein on the car, then find the owner send them a bill for charges i made up, and wait 60 days, then i could sell it and the next person could get the title. i don't know about cali's laws on stuff like that.. bascially if you want the car for yourself, buy it, you can insure it and get inspected.. your gonna have problems registering it tho as they do ask for a title. there is away around this in TX, i registered my accord, then put the sticker on the car i didn't have the title too, then i went back and said i lost it.. it s like a 2 dollar charge but they give you another no questions asked. so wohla i had 2 stickers..
really you will never beable to get anything for it, no matter how much you put in it.. and if it ever get totaled you won't get any money off it, cuz insurances make you show them the title before they cut you a check..
so all in all, is is worth it no!.. car is good for parts as he said
