What are your thoughts on this Longblock?

What do you think of this CRV Longblock I found on Total-Boost? http://www.total-boost.com/ind...s.htm

I would be swapping it into a 95 Civic EX. TYIA

Their motors are good, they have a shop just down from me. I saw a nice clean B20 there last week.
