well i took out the piece of the dash that goes around the speedo to
have it painted well the clear plastic had to come out as well,
leaving all the needles open and unprotected. anyway, my wife was
driving down the road with the windows down and after she got home
she told me that the gas needle was wobbling cause of the wind. so
i got in the car to check it out, i touched the gas needle a bit to
see if it would move. well i was able to move it, but only moved it
about 1/8 inch up and down. it was on a little less than half a
tank and i left it at the half way mark. could my gas needle be
broken. if so, is it an easy fix, i didnt take the needle off
either.

any help is appreciated
