HELP ME identify if this is a ITR brake booster

like the topic says i need help identifing if this is a ITR booster

im about to buy this but i cant figure out what that 3rd hole is

looks like am integra allright. type-r looks a bit larger to me. i could only tell if i had them next to each other.....

what number does the sticker on the top have
ie. nissen blah blah blah
it is a little rectangle sticker that
should have a part number on it

good idea ill ask the guy to take a picture, but what should the sticker say on it
