Default New Idea for My Civic Coupe

OK I need everybody's opinion on somethin..I just bought another Civic EX and I just ordered another Motor for it..now tell me if u think this is a good idea for my car.. the motor I just order was a Si-G Motor with the LSD Tranny

1. Mugen Lip kit, and Civic type R rear lip and factory sides
2. Re paint the car all black with a pearl coat..or paint it Z28 blue
3. Lower the car about a inch
4. leave the Si spoiler on it
5. Get 17 white rims

My WHP goal is 390 to 450whp+, so would the white 17's be too heavy?

Also what my goals for the motor are...
1. Get Eagle Rods
2. CP Pistons
3. Golden Eagle Sleeves Bore, Hone, and O-ring up to 84.5mms
4. Arp Headstuds
5. New Bearings
6. Hondata S200b
7. Get the Drag Stage 2 Turbo and Thermal 3' Exhaust system.

Although 17's are normally heavy in your case it really wouldnt make a differacne if you hit your hp goal, because it dont really matter what size whell you have unless it has a slick on it its not gonna get traction until 4 gear anyways so you might as well buy whichever wheel you like the looks of the best.

fuel management!! wideband O2 sensor isnt needed, but it would be nice, especially if you're planning to run alot of boost, and if you're shooting for 400 whp,(20% loss thru drivetrain = 500 at the crank)i guess you are. you might lose less than 20% too.

search setups in the Forced Induction forum. they have alot of 400whp guys over there. and the last of your worries is your wheels right now.
