Default 88-89 wires different then 90-91?

Is this true?
I'm wiring up my 89 dx for a b16a and today found that there is no wire in A10.
I'm using eric b's guide which was for a 91 I think.
Adding a wire is no big deal, I just want to make sure.
TIA....

well I figure it has to do with switching it over to multi-point, but here is the exact directions from his page:
"A10 cut, connect ECU end to harness end from A6 "
A6 is there, but no A10.
Here's the page I'm using: http://b16a.honda-perf.org/theswap.html
