found a black 98 v6 coupe EX w/ 55k miles for $12,900...it has leather and all the other options....i have bad credit but i actually got approved ...on the outside the car is perfect except for a few small dings you can only notice if you're looking...and the inside is flawless..the only thing i noticed is there's a small amount of vibration at low speeds....so do you guys think this is a good deal and is the vibration probably the rotors?

EDIT:i don't really plan on modifying it but if i were to lower it, what would be the best spring and/or shock to maintain a decent ride quality?

sounds good the vibration could also be wheel balance.

 

also, how rare is it to find a factory ground kit for sale and how much do they go for? do they still sell them at the dealerships? if so, how deep do you take it in the a** if you buy from honda?
