I am guessing at the prices, but expect to pay about $5000(just parts) or more for the genuine mugen front end kit.
Mugen bumper - $1080
Mugen bonnet - $1600

with mugen bumper you don't need the jdm oem grille, bumper, lip, rebar
so basically if you can find some shop that will make it the package deal, then it might be do-able.

I am pretty sure you still need the rebar(bumper beam) because that is what the bumper mounts to.
I dont know any shops out there that will just sell you parts from the kits, I think most sell the kit as a whole.
If you really want the mugen front end, I am pretty sure that those that sell the fiberglass front ends will set you up wit the mugen fiberglass copy pieces. Try VIS in So. California, they have a lot of copied kits there along with the JDM front ends.
