Default what to do about my trans?

i have a 00 ex coupe underdrive pulleys, jet chip, intake header, exhaust all the regular stuff but the dumb auto trans and its killing my times at the local track. (11.491 in the 8th see what i mean.) What i want to know is should i swap it for a manuel or is it worth it for the time and money the swap will consume. you all can tell me if i have everything i will need to do the swap or if i'm missing something:

trans, pedal assembly, clutch master cyliner, flywheel, starter, ecu, linkage

Is there anything else?? Any help is appreciated thanks for all the help

search for auto manual conversion, or something less specific than that in this forum's archives. also, look in that faq thread up top; i believe there's a detailed how to in there somewhere. read the forum guidelines while you're up there . do that everytime before you start a thread.

yeah you need some more stuff, but i've never done this, so i can't tell you specifically. search and you'll find it.

yea ur missing a **** load of stuff. here is a list i made when i did my swap, i still have some, so pm me if u want anything.

tranny w/ bolts
clutch w/ bolts
flywheel w/ bolts
hard lines from honda w/ misc. bolts and clips. (get new fomr honda 50 bucks shipped)(there is a diagram, get most of it)
pedals ( make sure u get a ex one, so the lines connect properly and i think u lose cruise control b/c diff ecu.)
ecu
clutch master cylinder (i have an extra)
clutch slave cylinder (i have an extra)
starter (should come with tranny)
shift linkage w/ shifter and bushings ( i will have an extra set)

u should spend about...more or less 350-400 for labor, thats what i did. parts....range from 450-600 depending on the tranny u want. d16y8 trannies run for more while dx and cx are dime a dozen. also, another thing the intake manifold is diff. from the auto and 5 speed. u will have to either re-wire it or buy a manifold that is 5 speed. any other questions, just pm me
