umm..you could use either soapy water or windex...spray a good amount of windex onto the surface of the windshield and put the banner onto the area...then once you get it into place use some sort of flat object like a credit card or your id card..and push out the liquid underneath the banner....then you're done..

 

yes..i know its a sticker...follow directions and i guarantee it will work.
1. spray the windshield with windex....(the whole top area..from left to right...) spray lots..
2. unpeel sticker and place onto windshield where you sprayed and position the banner to your liking.
3. take out your school id and push out the windex from the top side of the banner.
