88-91 civic ex knuckles ~$150ish...stick with ef parts for a ef.

Better choice but hard to find.

Civic knuckles will not change the geometry, therefore, they are better.

yeah, i heard that the teg knuckles could cause problems. I def. don't want to change my alignment settings so the EF stuff is what i want. Now, 1 last q. IS the sir knuckles the same as the EX sedan knuckles? the guy told me i need 90-91 ex knuckles, i asssume the EX was only offered in a sedan here in the states?

My thoughts exactly.

notice how NO ONE in here has actually used the integra parts and are claiming that they suck? i have FULL integra brakes on my car and have 0 camber/caster problems, just dont use the integra A-arms and you will be good and oh yeah, do a search this has been covered extensively

I believe that the SiR knuckles are almost the same as DA knuckles. The easiest and less worrysome knuckles to use would be 90-91 EX Civic sedan knuckles though...

Everyone keeps talking about 90-91 EX knuckles, but is there a 88-90 EX ?? Just wondering b/c I saw n EX Ef at the yatd that a friend works at, and the only thing left was the knuckle sus. stuff, the rotors were gone, but the calipers were still hanging... Calpers = tool box = free, but I'd bet I could get the knockles for reall cheap..
Can I re-use my smaller DX rotors on the EX knuckles ?
What are the size differences ?

The 88-89 and 90-91 EX had different knuckles. The 88-89 EX has the same front brakes as the 88-91 DX and 89-91 Si. The 90-91 EX has the same front brakes setup as the 90-93 Integra.

There was no 88/89 EX.
The SiR knuckle holds the same geometry as the Si, EX, DX, LX.
Si, DX, and LX are IDENTICAL. Si is not "special" becuase it's an "Si".
The SiR knuckle has a different mounting location for steering tie rods and requires modification. It also has the larger Integra wheel bearing.
EX shares the same caliper and rotor as the SiR, but has the smaller wheel bearing like the Si, DX, Lx.
Integra knuckle is different, but people of this board make them work and tune out any of the alignment issues. The last debate in a thread that was being discussed is how the added height of the Integra knuckle will affect performance. IMO - If you don't do serious road racing then don't worry about it - should work fine for street.

This should help:

I have full Integra brakes now - everything Integra. Camber did increase over stock.

Si knuckles assemblies are different than LX,DX. They utilize different caliper brackets than the other two requiring a different pad. And I've heard (spreding rumor) that they have upgraded balljoints from the other models.
Back on T, I have had integra brakes all the way around, and now I'm back to stock for the winter, and SiR coming in the summer. I threw the teg knuckles away. Bolt on = 90-1 EX (good luck finiding them), tie rod mod + SiR = stronger bolt on

After not finding 90-91 EX Civic sedan knuckles, I opted for the DA knuckles. Car pulls to the left but I am sure after an alignment it should be all taken care of. Other than that I have not encountered any problems yet....
