theres a scammer going around buying cars with fraudulent cashiers check
Last night my friend sold his rhd ef9 (gunmetal) TO A GROUP OF SCAMMERS!
they gave him a cashiers check, we were fishy about it, so we held on to the pink slip till the check would clear, we got it all in writing, and they took off with the car. This morning my friend cashed the check, and it was false. Now he has no car, please do not post any negetive feedback, I just want to warn everyone that there a group of scammers claiming that they are from "C&C motorsports" It was two black guys, one tall, the other about 5.8 or so, beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they were also driving a dumped white ek coupe with euro taillights, clear headlights, and a yellow and red dealer plate

if you would look in the classifieds : vehicles this ring of scammers has been around for a while. there is a sticky thread there warning all sellers. good luck getting the car back, should have just met him at his bank to do the transaction
Wow.
Next time I sell a car I'm going to take pictures of the buyers and fingerprint them. Geez.
I'm sure it's been reported stolen though, right?

Same guys got his ITR changeover with the same scam. I thought I remember him saying the cops had the scammers tracked down or something.

i think im gonna cry...that ef is beautiful....im realy sorry to hear that i hope you find her in good shape........and this time dont sell it it deserves to be kept in good hands iam tired of seeing nice cars get sold to rice heads and end up looking like a pile of ****
In addition to being GTA I believe tha will fall under the law of fraud- which carries federal and serious consequences. Do`nt bother with a lawyer, I can`t see the benefit except costing you more money- and that`s no benefit. Put an ad in the paper again, see if you can attract the same punks- then have some way to capture them and deliver them to the right people. If not, you can always scalp the *****
Take things back a few hundred years and collect their ******* heads
