Advan (Yokohama) made that design of wheel first. I don't know how light they are, but all other wheels that look like that are Advan knock-offs.
Those look chrome. If so, they're probably 20+ pounds. There has been countless knockoffs made of that wheel, all made by bo-bo companies. These companies, IMO, have defaced the awe-factor of that style, making them less desireable. ****....I think that style of wheel comes in 2nd place for the most played out...coming in right behind Rota.

Don't give partial info, the Advan Model 7 in size 19x9 *nineteen inches* weighs 27 lbs. They come in a WIDE range of sizes from 15 to 19" diameters in varying widths.
Prices start at around $300 for 15x5.5 and go up to 19x10.
