IT WONT START

my 93 Civic Hatch SI wont start in the snow this morning...Could it be maybe i need to clean my AEM Cold Air Filter or something?

Need more specific info. Who knows what it could be. Dead battery, alternator, etc..etc....

no lately in the cold it struggles a bit to start...it sounds like its chocking.....i really want it to start...i just got new ignition coils in August...so im gonna assume the ignition is okay
