Default Mesh grille installation

Ok; I have a 95' civic w/ an after-market bumper that is pretty open in the front. I want to put some Mesh Grille in the bumper to dress it up and also cover up the 29x8x3.5 intercooler. Hehe! I have all the stuff to do it. I just need to know how go about it.
How/What do I use to hold the grille in place ie... screws, putty, window sealant? The bumper is fiber glass.

Help me out!...........All comments are welcome.

if its and aftermarket bumper there should be some sort of wire stuff on the edges of the bumper openings for mesh, if not i would think that you could get some chicken wire and drill it in yourself.
