Default blower motor problems

ok well last weekend me and my g/f were driving through wendy's to grab some food. so she was getting hot so i turned off the blower for a minute and then turned it back on but i got nothing. tried turning it on and off a few times and still nothing so i left it on "2". so then we get our food and all of a sudden it starts blowing air again outta the blue. im glad cause it was getting kinda cold with no heat. does anyone know whats going on? is my blower motor going bad? it hasn't done it since then though and had never done it before. its a 97 accord lx.

it could be going bad, i had that happen, mine would take 5-10 minutes after i turned the car on for the blower to turn on, then it stopped working, then a couple months later it worked again perfectly for a year, then in augustish it stopped, hasnt worked since so i bought the motor from autozone for $90 (sucks but lifetime warrenty) and installed it last nite, now it works perfectly

yeah, thats prolly all it is, mine went dead last summer. I got mine from a junkyard, lifetime warranty and only $33. Its kinda hard to get to, its easiest if you just remove the glovebox
