testing waters=my brand new ls-itr 3" catback 4 apexi n1

want to trade my 3" mandrel bent unused piping and 3" magna flow exh....4 a full 3" n1 catback....for my 98 ls.if not will sell my catback for 350 picked up,or 450 shipped.all new....
