Does it really matter which ones they use?
Edit - They use Nissin clips which were designed for the Spoon calipers.

If you ever want to go back to stock, I'm sure you can just order the parts from your local dealer. Granted it will probably be something they do not have in stock and will need to be special ordered.

if you ever need to replace those parts from a spoon caliper. i think any nissin brake dealer can probly order that for you, or any spoon dealer, (if they are infact a spoon authorized dealer) can s/o those parts.
I can't imagine clips going bad. I mean, I've reused clips on a 100K+ mile, Buffalo wintered car when I need to replace the calipers with rebuilt ones.
I'd be interested in seals more than anything.
