where is the proportioning valve located on an 89 hf

Maybe CRX is different or something but in all the Civics I have seen it is the engine bay on the passenger side fender wall.

for CRX',s not sure about civics. It's just below the fuse box, tacked to the side of the wheelhouse, right behind the air box.
