NGK BCPR7 ITR sparkplugs?
I think thats the same one I use. It's 1 degree cooler than stock. But I have a USDM ITR. They really work better than the stock plugs.

do yuo have Advance Auto Parts stores in canada?i run the BKR7's in my car,and they're like $1.xx a piece.

Yep, the seat of my pants. Plus it allowed me to bump the timing up a bit. When I tried to with the stock plugs it detonated.
