Default JDM 3.2L NSX engine and suspension, are they different from USDM 3.2L?

I didn't know there is any difference unless it's a JDM Type-S or Type-R NSX engine. How's the suspension different in anyway?

Since the 3.2-liter engine was introduced in '97, the engine and suspension for the standard NSX manual-transmission models are the same for JDM and USDM. The non-standard (Type S, Type S-Zero, and Zanardi) models have the same engine, but different suspension.
