Default o2 problems

well while taking off my down pipe i droped my o2 sensor in a pan and it dipped into the oil for a sec. its been drying for a few weeks but i'm not to sure i want to put that one back in. where can i find a new one for a good price, and do the wideband units replace the stock o2 or do you still have to have the 4 wire o2 sensor along with a wideband? can i clean it with some acetone or something?

you CANT clean it with ANY solvent.

My best suggestion is to take a propane torch to it and try to burn off the oil. DONT overheat it till it glows tho, just till it starts to smoke, let it cool a little and repeat.

better than just chucking it.

if you are going to replace the stock o2, you should just go for a wideband
