Default Should I Camo my DC2????????????????????????????????????????

I am asking everyone about this.. This car is red but the paint job is so bad.. I had the car at the shop, and they said it would cost 1,000 bucks just to make it look right..(WOW) Well here is the big question! I don't have 1,000 bucks, but I do have 50 bucks. In green, flat black, dark tan and many more color in spray cans.. Let me know what you guys think..

Also I am still looking for some parts.
1. Headliner with a sunroof.. From a RS or R (pending) from c13r
2. Frt USDM ITR seats
3. OEM DC2 parts I need frt bumper,fenders,hood..
4. Lug spare tire.
5. ITR USDM 01 Rear bumper any color.
6. Any JDM Parts from a DC2..

Parts that I got so far.
1. Rear seats Thank you Yusuke.....
2. Integra fender liner frt.. Thank you AF...
3. ITR Rear muffler Thank you Yusuke.....

if you are gonna do camo and since your car is red i would go with the burgandy, black, white, and grey camo

$1000 to paint a whole car is NOT much at all. The shop that replaced my door back when I was hit over spring break quoted me almost $1K JUST to paint my front end (everything ahead of the doors) and blend into the doors. When I had my old car (89 Camry w/ black plastic bumpers) I was quoted $1200 to paint the whole car, and that was with leaving the bumpers black.

I don't know about painting a car for $1K unless maybe you do ALL prep, masking, disassembly and reassembly yourself.

camo... i dunno.

but the idea of using spray paint for the "flat" look could be cool.

the current issue of sport compact car has an article on their project silvia. it was painted flat black using krylon spray paint. then they added some real subtle vinyl pieces to the front quater panels...the vinyl is super glossy, giving the car a real sweet (not to mention cheap) two tone black finish. IMO, its looks really good.
