Default Taking off Body kit

Im thinking about buying a crx that has a wings west body kit molded on. How hard woud it be to remove it because i want to take it off because its cracked. And how would I do it also other than chisel and hammer.

yikes... that sounds like a horrible job to do. since its molded i would suggest bringing it to a professional.

maybe sanding the paint down to see the bondo and then a cutting wheel of some sort...?

Well i know the front should be somewhat easy because if im going with the jdm front end it will include front bumper and fenders but the ww kit is molded to the front fenders.

You might be able to pull the hole kit as a front bumper and fenders as one thing

get a sabre saw, cut near to where u want to get the thing cut off to, then get a grinder and just grind away! that has to be THE best way to do it. most fun anyway. you get to release alot of anger this way.

Yo, how exactly "molded" are we talking and how much is his front end from JDM? What about possibly taking it all off and just building from scratch...? I think that may have been mentioned above. I'd doubt it'd be THAT much to find parts. Actually, come to think of it, I've got a 91 Civic hatch, the front fenders could use paint, but are in decent condition, everything is stock on my beater and I eventually plan to chop and work on airflow through the engine a bit. Possibly we could work somethin' out if you're interested, just get in touch...

Another thought cost-wise, check a local scrap yard?
